[How to redeem benefits]

・Please come to Hankyu Hanshin MEETS, which is on the left after exiting the [2nd floor central ticket gate] of Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station.

・There is a touch panel and avatar reception desk at the entrance.

・Please say “SENA HOC” to the female avatar and a staff member the information staff will come to guide you, so please wait there.

・Please show the coupon screen to the information staff. We will exchange it for a free ticket.

・阪急大阪梅田駅の【2階 中央改札】を出て左側にございます、「阪急阪神MEETS」にお越しください。

・エントランスにタッチパネルとアバター受付がございます。

・アバターの女性に向かって「SENA HOC(セナ ホック)」とお声がけくださいますと、スタッフが案内に参りますのでその場でお待ちください。
